All donations to True Light International India Trust are voluntary and are generally non-refundable once processed.
If a payment was charged twice or an incorrect amount was deducted due to a technical error, we will issue a full refund within 7 business days.
Email connect@truelightinternationalindia.org with your transaction ID and reason for refund request within 30 days of donation.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
Monthly recurring donations can be cancelled anytime. Contact us at connect@truelightinternationalindia.org or cancel from your donor dashboard.
