Yes. True Light International India Trust holds valid 80G certification from the Income Tax Department of India (80G Certified · 12A Registered). All Indian tax-paying donors receive an official 80G receipt via email within 24 hours of a successful donation. NRI donors may also claim deductions subject to DTAA conditions.

Absolutely. We are registered under FCRA (Foreign Contribution Regulation Act) with registration number 094200001, which legally authorises us to receive donations from foreign nationals and NRIs. International donations can be made via Stripe or wire transfer. Donors outside India do not receive Indian 80G receipts but may qualify for deductions in their home country — please consult your tax advisor.

We accept all major payment methods through Razorpay (India) and Stripe (International): UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Debit/Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), Net Banking (100+ banks), Wallets (Paytm, Amazon Pay), and Wire Transfer for large donations. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Cancellations are processed within 1 business day. We genuinely appreciate every month of support and hope you'll continue when your situation allows.

Yes — when donating you can select a specific cause: Child Education, Orphan Support, Elderly Care, Food Program, Skill Development, or Women Empowerment. 100% of restricted donations go to your chosen program. Undesignated (General Fund) donations are allocated where need is highest. We publish detailed quarterly fund utilisation reports on our Transparency page.

Donations are generally non-refundable as they are immediately allocated to program delivery. However, if a technical error caused a duplicate transaction, or if you were charged an incorrect amount, contact us within 7 days and we will process a full refund. See our full Refund Policy.
